As females, we constantly are comparing ourselves to other women- either we identify them as a threat and put ourselves down or we deem ourselves better and stick our noses up in the air. We see ads on television, on our phones, and in magazines that show these bare skinned women without a flaw in sight.
If you have ever gone to a beach or even to a public pool, you’ve more than likely compared yourself to other women. Maybe you were envious of their thinner thighs, flatter stomach, larger breasts, or how toned they look. In your mind, those women have the perfect bikini body.
If you want a bikini body, the South Beach Diet, Jenny Craig, or Slimfast aren’t going to help you. Getting the perfect bikini is going to require hard work, determination, and willpower.
Find a bikini
In order to obtain the perfect bikini body, you first need to purchase a bikini. This may be the hardest part of the getting a bikini body, but it’s the most important. Without a bikini, you cannot obtain a bikini body. However, bikini shopping is never easy, especially if you’re a thicker gal. Either the top is too small and the bottoms are too big or vis versa. What is a girl to do?

And while learning to love yourself is 99% of the battle, you also need to actually physically be comfortable in your own skin. Sunburn sucks and hurts! Load up on sunscreen so you can have tons of fun in the sun without any painful sunburn.

The very last step in obtaining a perfect beach ready bikini body is going to the beach, with a bikini on. You have now officially obtained your beach ready bikini body!
